All of our shipments below $200 are shipped with tracking.

Customers pay for the shipping fees.

You are responsible for tracking and notify us if you did not receive the shipment within 7 business days from the date of the order. If you do not contact us we assume that you have received the shipments.

We depend on third party shippers and or USPS for our shipping and we comply with their terms of use.

Unless otherwise notified, all shipment go out within 3-4 days. If products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we will notify of any delay in the shipping.
