Shipping and Delivery

As we are a small business, we appreciate your patience. You should receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Don’t worry, once your order is made it will be shipped soon after. We are a one woman show, so during a high volume of orders it may take longer to send your package out! If items are purchased with high quality prints, they will be shipped out separately. 

Lilac Suns is not responsible for stolen or lost packages. It is recommended that you send your package to a safe delivery location. If your package is lost or stolen, please get in touch with UPS.



When can I expect to receive my order?

Our items are made to order by hand and can take up to 7 business days to ship. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.



I put the wrong shipping address in! 

Please send a customer service form as soon as possible, with the first line reading "Need to make changes to shipping address!" Please ensure that you enter in the correct address when you are order, I am not liable for products once they leave the shop! 

 

Can I change the shipping address once the order has been placed?

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can still change the address for you.  Changing any information on the order will delay the shipment of your item.



Do you ship Internationally?

We do not ship internationally, only within the US.



Do you ship to P.O. Box?

 We do not ship to P.O. Box.  We only ship to physical addresses.



Which Shipping carrier does Lilac Suns use?

All orders ship via USPS.



How do I create an order?

Select the item and size and select add to cart. Once you are done adding all the products that you want in the cart select view cart and checkout.

Please review your shopping cart to ensure you selected the correct items. If you have promotional code, enter your code to redeem the promotion. Select the checkout now with the options of payment. Then enter your shipping and billing information. Enter preferred payment method.

Place your order to complete your purchase.



What are your payment options?:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, shop app and PayPal.



When will I be charged:

All orders will be charged in full at the point of purchase.



When will I receive a shipping tracking number?

For most items, your package will be shipped within 3-4 business days and a tracking number will be provided once shipped. For made to order items,  such as high quality prints, please allow for up to 21 business days for your order  to be fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number once your shipment has been send out. 



Returns & Exchanges:

All prints and accessories are not returnable, items are final sale. I check all order before they go out to make sure they are not damaged, but if there is an issues fill out the customer service form/



Do you ship products overseas:

We only sell and ship items within the US.



What is your cancellation policy?

You can request to cancel your order at any time before your shipping label has been printed.  All custom and original artworks are non cancelable or refundable.
